Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Process customer purchases and transactions accurately
• Answer basic questions about products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
• Maintain an organized and welcoming customer area
• Follow established transaction and cash-handling procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous cashier, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn
