We are hiring an Entry-Level Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and support client campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain records

Minimum requirements
Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Previous call center experience is a plus (not required)
